At Libaas Rang, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 Business Days

International Orders

Delivery Time: 7–14 Business Days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or customs processing.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. Libaas Rang is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Libaas Rang will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The item is returned in its original condition.
Proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be approved after the returned item has been inspected and meets our return conditions.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong item received
Damaged or defective product
Size exchange (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted items
Customized or altered products
Items without original tags or packaging
Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, deodorant marks, washing, or damage caused by the customer

Libaas Rang reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or an error was made by Libaas Rang, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Libaas Rang cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
